meet danielle…
Danielle is a physiotherapist, consultant, and business educator working with clinic owners and practitioners to build, structure, and evolve their businesses in ways that are compliant, well-structured, and scalable
She brings experience across every layer of the profession, from clinician to clinic owner to operations and systems. As a Project Management Professional (PMP), she combines big-picture thinking with the ability to execute, helping clinics move from ideas and growing pains into clear, functional, and well-structured models.
Her work is grounded in compliance and risk management, starting with a clear understanding of how each clinic actually operates. She supports clinics in getting back into proper alignment through detailed risk audits and practical, real-world recommendations, then helps them build strong foundations they can confidently grow from.
From there, she brings her creativity and strategic thinking to identify new opportunities and refine clinic models in a way that is both sustainable and aligned with how people actually want to practice.
Her approach is warm, fun, direct, and highly practical, with a focus on turning ideas into clear, executable plans.
She shares her insights through her podcast, The Health of Business, serves on the Board of Directors for the Physiotherapy Association of BC, and continues to selectively offer 1:1 physiotherapy services and home visits in British Columbia.
where business meets nervous system regulation…
Danielle brings a unique blend of clinical training and creative somatic innovation to her work in the nervous system space. Having studied advanced functional neurology approaches such as NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT), Proprioceptive Deep Tendon Reflex (PDTR) and acupuncture, she has developed her own framework that integrates somatic meditation, nervous system education, and practical self-regulation tools for her patients that she also integrates into her consulting work.
Through her meditations and her signature program, The SEA Practice, Danielle offers accessible ways for people to understand and work with their own nervous systems. She also integrates this lens into her consulting with clinic owners and health professionals, helping leaders recognize how nervous system dynamics show up in their work, teams, and business decisions. Her approach bridges science and somatic awareness, supporting not only stress release and resilience on the individual level, but also healthier, more sustainable systems in the workplace.
